Offer More Than Solar. Offer Guaranteed Power.

Home Run Financing has partnered with Maxwell Power to help qualified solar contractors bring homeowners a clearer, more compelling way to go solar and add battery storage. With Maxwell’s prepaid Power Purchase Agreement, homeowners can make a one-time payment to lock in power costs for the long term while Maxwell takes responsibility for the system’s performance, monitoring, and maintenance. It is an energy-service model designed to give homeowners more confidence in the value of their solar investment—and give your team a stronger story at the kitchen table.

What is Commercial PACE?

Home Run Financing’s Commercial PACE (C-PACE) program helps commercial property owners and developers explore financing for eligible energy-efficient upgrades, retrofits, conversions, and new construction projects. Funding is repaid through a long-term special tax assessment on the property, giving owners another option for moving projects forward while preserving capital.

Why Partner With Home Run Financing?

Add C-PACE to Your Capital Stack

C-PACE can optimize your capital stack with long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse financing through a property tax assessment. It may replace costly mezzanine debt, lower weighted average capital costs, protect sponsor equity, and preserve cash for other development phases.

Keep Projects Moving

Large commercial projects can stall when capital is not available at the right time. C-PACE can help owners explore long-term financing for eligible project costs while preserving working capital.

Finance More Project Types

Support energy efficiency, water conservation, resiliency improvements, property conversions, and qualifying ground-up construction. C-PACE can also cover eligible soft costs and may be available for refinancing qualifying completed projects.

Partner for Growth

Home Run gives commercial brokers, contractors, developers, and property owners a dedicated C-PACE resource for project review, eligibility questions, and quote opportunities. Bring more financing solutions into the conversation and help move qualified projects forward.
