Sessions
PACE financing is now available to all Florida homeowners.
Florida homeowners can now access PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) funding statewide for a variety of home improvements, including hurricane hardening, energy efficiency, and renewable energy projects. PACE Financing is provided through registered Florida contractors.
Approval for PACE financing is based on homeowners’ home equity, rather than their credit score, and enables customers to make payments through their property taxes. This creates an opportunity for a much broader set of homeowners to access financing for home improvement projects such as HVAC, solar, energy efficient roofing and insulation; hurricane-resistant roofing, new windows, doors and more.

Home Run Financing is hosting a series of information sessions for Florida contractors to learn about providing PACE financing to your clients. We hope you will come to one of these sessions to meet our local representatives and learn more about how PACE can help you grow your business and be a valuable addition to the financing you can offer your customers. Light refreshments will be provided.
We will hold two identical information sessions at each location: 10 am – Noon or 2 pm – 4 pm.
