How does Home Run Financing protect my personal information? | To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include: • Secure computers and servers • Data encryption • Limiting access to only authorized and qualified personnel • Secure physical files and buildings. • Verification procedures to confirm customer identity before processing a credit application or releasing information. |
How does Home Run Financing collect my personal information? | We collect your personal information, when you apply for an assessment. We also collect your personal information from credit bureaus and other companies. |
Why can’t I limit all sharing? | Various federal and state laws as well as financial business practices require us to share data about your financing with certain parties. None of these parties will contact you for marketing purposes |
What is CCPA and how does it affect my data with Home Run Financing? | • The California Consumer Protection Act went into effect Jan. 1, 2020. • Under this law, Home Run Financing must delete consumer’s personal data at consumer’s request after verifying the identity of the person making the request. • Because we are required to store data on all assessments, we can only delete your information in situations where an exception to CCPA does not exist, such as if the application was denied or the project was cancelled prior to funding. |
